His background spans Crestron integration, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex, webcasting, and executive-level client engagement.
He holds an MBA in Technology Management and a B.S. in Technical Theater, and is actively pursuing PMP (Project Management Professional) and CTS (AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist) certifications.
